Preferred Lenders are extremely important to the home buying process. These are lenders that previous clients have worked with and have recommend to me as well. When looking to invest in a house to call your home it is very important to shop rates and programs. You always want to get the best rate with the best service.
Some of the most important things to think about are the choosing your lender. The pre-qual process.
Is the lender available? We are in a fast moving market. That means that when you are ready to make in offer your paperwork must be ready to go.
Are you getting the best rate? Worried about your credit score, don't be, lenders are willing to give an estimate based on your credit report.
Using a Lender that you trust. You are providing you personal information to your Lender, make sure that you are comfortable in speaking with them. This insures that the home buying process goes smoothly. Questions are very important and you want to make sure that every question is answered.
Also Seller's like for Buyer's to use local lenders. Local Lenders provide Seller's confidence in the home Selling process, they are in the same time zone, most work many hours of the day, and are available if there is a need to speak with them promptly. Seller's and Buyer's alike love smooth transactions.
